Terms of Service

These terms cover the SocialMetis Android app and the website at adsash.com. They are an agreement between you and ASH&AD MEDIA METIS (OPC) PVT. LTD. (“we”, “us”).

1. The service

SocialMetis helps you prepare Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads, and ordinary posts, from your phone. The app drafts the words, pictures, audience, and budget. You review them. Nothing is published until you approve it, except scheduled posts when you have turned auto-approve on.

SocialMetis connects to ad accounts, pages, and WhatsApp Business accounts that you already own. We do not create those accounts for you, and we do not take ownership of them.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, and able to enter a contract. The app is for businesses. You are responsible for the ads and posts you approve, including claims about your products and compliance with Facebook, Instagram, Google, and WhatsApp rules.

3. Accounts you connect

You authorise SocialMetis to act on the accounts you connect, only to do the work you approve. You can disconnect those accounts in Facebook or Google settings, and in the app. Disconnecting stops new work. Ads already running stay in your own ad account until you pause them there.

4. Fees

Downloading the app is free. Planning an ad is free. Publishing uses a paid plan. Current prices are on the pricing section of this website and in the app. Plans are monthly. You can change or cancel a plan at any time. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund that month unless the law requires it.

The money spent on ads is separate. Facebook and Google bill the card on your own ad account. We do not collect that money and we do not add a fee on top of it. Prices on this website are in Indian rupees. Any tax is shown at checkout in the app.

5. Results

We do not promise a number of leads, a cost per lead, a return on ad spend, or that an ad will be approved. Facebook and Google review every ad against their own rules, and they can reject it. Their learning period also means early numbers move around. Suggestions in the app are suggestions. You decide whether to use them.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use SocialMetis to:

  • Advertise anything Facebook, Google, or the law forbids
  • Mislead people about who you are or what you sell
  • Send WhatsApp messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you
  • Break into, copy, or overload the app or the website

WhatsApp use is also covered by our WhatsApp Messaging Policy.

7. Your data

How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete it on the data deletion page. After we confirm it is you, we delete the profile, ads, and customer lists we hold within 30 days, except records we must keep for bills or the law.

8. The app and the website

SocialMetis is an Android app on Google Play. There is no iPhone app today. We may change, pause, or stop features. If we stop the service, ads already in your Facebook or Google account stay there, because those accounts are yours.

9. Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost ad spend, rejected ads, or decisions you make from suggestions in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. If you keep using SocialMetis after that, the new terms apply.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have jurisdiction. Questions: contact@adsash.com.
